King City, Mo | I grow seed my self and just this week I took some loads to the elevator that Were rejected last fall off of one farm because they were not seed quality.
When I grow seed on my farm I have to remember to take extra time and care in growing the soybeans. Then environmental factors can still mess things up to where the beans are not seed or food grade specs. That's the risk I take to get the opportunity to get a premium on my Soybeans.
When I open a bag of seed I don't want to have a bunch of seed coats coming off, I don't want dirty beans, I don't want brown beans or beans with purple seed stain on them.
