King City, Mo | My work has a 2.7 clear that pays a good premium still for this year. It has won plot on profitability in the past and my pick for a short season clear that the Asians and other tofu and soy milk buyers really like.
I like the new 3.4 black hilium bean as it was the winner in my early season plot at 62.2bu and looked good all year long. It does have a buy back premium here but it doesn't pay as much as the clears do here. Other markets may be different.
My work's beans can be used for other markets not just a buy back for our program.
