Holland, Indiana (SW IN) | Just looking at the pic looks like the bottom dirt cut wasn't concave enough -- didn't fit the curvature of the tile -- if the bottom crumples in the top will also-- I think their was nothing wrong with the tile -- a lot wrong with the way it was laid
Just an opinion possibly worth what it costs. Dan
Tiler said it quite right IMO look below -- always best to listen to the trained professionals
