nw NC | It has been dry all winter here in Northwestern North Carolina. Looking better now as there has been 1.8 " here since this past Sunday afternoon, 3-26-17. Two pics below show N.C. and surrounding areas drought conditions and recent rainfall . Interesting that driest western NC areas got some good rainfall. Hope that helps them .
