I have lots of drop in all my tile. Couple times a year I have to pull pretty big wads of roots out of the outlets. Only had one tile plug. It was about 50 feet from the outlet and I was able to snake it out. I think I get roots get in my tile, the plant or just roots die, and the dead roots get flushed out during heavy outflow.
Cover crop roots in tile???
