Cental Indiana | There are lots of posts below that are getting buried in the everyday discussions on here. That's okay but I just wanted to share that a friend and I are managing a Facebook page called "Hoosiers helping the panhandle" Just ask to join the group and one of us will allow you to join. There are lots of people positing donating hay but need transportation. If you are thinking about helping out in any way and are in or close to Indiana take a look at that page and hopefully we can use Facebook to connect people and make a better effort. Especially fence supplies Im hearing that's the big item right now.
I know many of you have mixed emotions about social media but it is being used positively to coordinate the efforts out west and if it wasn't for social media very few people would even now anything about the fires and rebuilding effort. | |
