North Central Iowa | My wife has had one for 7 or 8 years and uses it everyday. She grinds coffee beans, dates for date paste (sweetener for cooking), grinds oat flower, grinds almonds for almond flower, she had heated up soup in it (also but she isn't a fan of that), and smoothies almost everyday for the kids. In that time she has burned up the bearings which they replaced free of charge and also dropped something in it and broke the container which they replaced free also. They have great customer service and it gets used in our house hold. I groaned about the price when she bought it but its a lot cheaper than the machinery I buy so I really didn't have any footing to complain. Happy wife is a happy life! | |
