South Central Iowa | Highly recommend PnF. It is a simple, secondary system for me. The big benefits are an elimination of volatility noise, the ability to quickly assess trend, and the ability to keep track of hundreds of different instruments. It is a slow system that sometimes does not add another column (bar) for months. But it is simple and I like it as a compliment to regular charting as a way to get a second opinion. I don't know how well it would work in other systems, but for my Speed, Fork, Fib tools, I find it a good compliment and second opinion thus far.
