CIL
I'm conventional tillage, so I have no experience with doing burndown. Got some relatives farther south that do notill and they use a pint. Hopefully more people will chime in on the best timeframe for your area.

Have you looked into Authority MTZ for part of your burndown/pre? It's Authority (group 14) & Metribuzin (group 5). Like Brad I'd rather run one of the group 15's (zidua, warrant, outlook, dual) post because it's about the only one you can use that's safe and effective without the carryover risks. The Authority MTZ would give you better action on the weeds you mentioned and putting a strong residual like dual in your post pass would hopefully negate the need for a third pass saving you time and not exposing your weeds to three passes with the same modes of action.

Your right at the Ph threashold for being able to run 12oz of Authority MTZ in your burndown. See what your agronomist thinks of that with roundup and 24d.
