North Arkansas | I imagine that most of the buildings and equipment were insured. The fences, hay and livestock probably weren't. I haven't darkened the doors of the FSA office in several years but they once had a program similar to crop insurance. I had a neighbor that lost 11 steers to lightening, he was compensated some for the loss through the FSA. Personally I would be very reluctant to go to the government. It would even be hard to accept help from strangers but it's encouraging to see the help going out there. | |
