Didn't know it was down until there was a tornado warning out for Madison, Clark, and Greene counties. The Dayton tv was saying the Wilmington radar was down and that they were not able to get as good of a rotation/wind shear picture because of it. Think they were trying to use Indy for the wind shear.
I was kinda surprised that there wasn't any redundancy.
