Northeast corner of Clark Co. Missouri | I have been diabetic for around 26 years now and have been on a pump for probably 18 years. I got started with the continuous glucose monitor three years ago. The best part about it is the alarms that you can set so it warns you if your blood sugar is headed high or low before it gets high or low. I use Humalog or Novalog and for every 8 grams of carbohydrates I take 1 unit of insulin.
