NW central North Dakota | Good thread fellas!
I am in spring wheat country, North Dakota, and I believe you would be surprised at how much less spring wheat there will be. In large areas the last 2-3 years wheat has been cannoballistic financially towards farms, less acres every year. I don't believe that's a shocker.
Not that every bean acre here will even be huge yielding, but it can't be two crops, if it's beans...it's beans. Sounds like bean sales are huge. And once a place gets set up for beans, they're easy. The air drills once used predominantly for small grains and canola can seed almost for a day filled with beans, most love it.
Fast, easy, actually making a dime.... | |
