Subject: Liquid N after cereal rye cover crop

East Central Ia
I have been putting down 10gal of 32% after planting corn into cereal rye by surface banding on top of the planted row with my sprayer.

I plan to terminate the rye about two weeks ahead of planting this year.

Would you still put the liquid N down in this situation where the rye was seeded into bean stubble that had hog manure last fall?

Trying to decide if there is enough available N to feed the cover crop residue where hog manure was applied or if i need to add the 32% on those acres as well. I do not have the ability to put N on with the planter.
