Got a good start on things no tilling oats in for grain or hay today. The ground is just about perfect. SUPER mellow! Just curious on some places to market that I might not know about. Have sent them to Yaggies in yankton SD before but you need good test weight to go there. Have also sent to Avon, SD coop and verdigre, ne in the past. Was asking about a possible price this summer and it sounds as if 2.00 will be an awesome price........So we shall see. We are going to be doing around 240 acres of covers this fall. Was thinking of making a bushel to the acre part of the blend. So I'll keep some for myself. Any other ideas? We probably also feed some to our calves/creep feeders. Anything else I could be missing?
