north central Iowa, Hampton | I've heard from some folks (especially older) that the acidic tomato content can be a problem--though I"ve done lasagna often.
I also like some sort of home-made soup. If I have time chicken/rice or something. Whatever you take, I like to pre-cook and package in single servings so whoever needs it can grab it out of the fridge or freezer and be good to go.
