I have accumulated enough "leftover" plumbing fittings so that I have managed to complete 3 plumbing projects in the last three weeks without a second trip to the hardware store.
That being said, I probably spent more time looking for that 3/4 street elbow and the 3/4 inch plug than it would have taken to drive to the hardware store each time.
