West of Broken Bow | Making some chili tonight. I like it soupy with more water and WITH beans. Adding beans can be controversial down here among some chili warriors. :-)
Started with onions cooking them down and adding minced garlic with butter and olive oil. Sharing it with family so I can't make it very spicy. One day I'm going to use elk meat.
