I guess we need to keep in mind that there are a lot of rules out there that are un-enforced. Consider cell phone use while driving a vehicle. It is illegal and subject to heavy fines yet I see people doing it all the time. I expect drone users will be ok as long as they have a little common sense about where they fly and who they annoy. |
