I recently had a company that has done a lot of drainage work for my family send digital records of tile work done on our farms. The files are all shape files (file extension .shp, .shx) and database files (file extension .dbf). I can open the .dbf in Microsoft Excel and get a messy version of the info, but I can't find anything to let me look at the .shp or .shx files. 

Does anyone know what computer program I can use to see the tile maps?
