Floyd County, Iowa | Not that I'm disappointed, but jeez, they could be closer to right occasionally.
Called for blizzard warnings until tonight: 8-13 inches, high winds, zero visibility, etc, etc.
We've gotten 2", some wind, and reduced visibility, but have been able to see traffic on the highway across the section since it started last night. And it's breaking up and dissipating.
I guess that's why they are referred to "Kids In Media Training" (KIMT tv). But gotta hype things up, I guess.
I know others to the north have gotten hammered, so I guess "our local area" includes everything from Ames to Minneapolis.
Wow. I better go outside and find something to do.
