| We are three brothers, ages 65,62,55(me being the youngest) have farmed together all our lives with our late father.
Always been a struggle to get along as my two brothers are complete opposites. They complain about each other to me daily... (Nothin new). As of this fall, my oldest brother. Decided it would be a good idea to have ih is 40 year old son work with us( after I told him it would be a mistake).
My nephew is one of these guys who tries to take over and thinks he knows everything about everything , even though he knows nothing. It's so bad that when he comes in our shop, I leave. Can't stand it... My other brother can't stand him either.
Trying to avoid an inevitable war but I don't see away around it.. We all own equal shares. My nephew owns nothing.
I think he needs to go work somewhere else. Our other full time employees don't care for him either...

Anyone had a similar situations? I'm not very diplomatic. But I don't think I have to put up with it.
