Relative is a wildlife biologist who has studied them. This year the snow has been too deep in the mountains for him to even attempt spotting their tracks.
The closest I've been to one was what appeared to be a wolverine carcass on the shoulder of a highway in another state.
I've heard they appear to be making a comeback in the NW as seen on trail cam pics.
Anyone seen wolverines this year?
