Subject: 12.7 Detroit sixty series coolant issues...

Had trouble with the heat working in the cab...hoses were cold to heat exchanger. Drained coolant and it was gross...not oily but very brown. Replaced water pump and thermostats. Flushed out system good...had good flow through the heat exchanger...not plugged. Started engine after re filling and hoses seemed to warm up with the engine in the shop ran ten minutes. Then took it outside and moved some trailers around and it puked coolant out at 150 degrees. I am nervous something weird is happening...gonna send coolant sample to caterpillar to see if that tells us anything....anyone else have any ideas or suggestions. I am worried I am getting combustion in the coolant...
