Southeastern Tipton County, Indiana

RCR - 2/23/2017 09:47 Had this tractor since new. Been a bullet proof rig. Oddball electrical issue now. When you air up the seat, it kills the engine. It did it to me pulling it out of the barn. Then did it again a week later while Dad was in transport. It made the people following him real happy, Im sure. Where to start?

Check the power stud that feeds the cab for signs of loose nuts, overheating or deterioration from corrosion. You can see the top of it on the floor near the cab power solenoid, the bottom underneath the cab on the right side. Very common problem with aged Magnums.

As with any electrical problem check the ground connections.
