You already buy Multiple Peril Crop Insurance correct? Just wait until you harvest and if you have a loss, then claim it. No need to double insure yourself here.
I don't think you'll come anywhere close to the level of profit you would have had with a normal yield. Shouldn't have to put up with that because of a neighbors goof.
