Thanks guys I knew it was regulated but just wondering how big of a field I would have to have. If mine has to be replaced I would like to put it somewhere different. Using the rough 100 feet per bedroom it would be to tight. I am having the tank pumped first and see what happens. A few hundred dollars sounds cheaper than a few thousand.
