Subject: Bottling or processing your own milk?

SC Wisconsin
I lurk on a dairy forum from time to time and the other day I seen some discussion about people bottling their own milk or making yogurt, ice cream, butter etc from their own milk. My plan is to start milking on my own in a few years, right now I have about 20 milkers and 20 or so young stock with the milkers being housed at my uncle's dairy farm. My parents built a small slaughter plant a few years ago as a way to cut out the markets and sell their beef that way, and I sell all my steers through them as freezer beef. I have always been curious about the possibility of doing the same thing with milk and dairy products after I have been milking on my own for a while. I'm not sure on the laws regarding raw milk in Wisconsin, but I would probably not do the raw thing due to the liability anyways. I'm sure start up costs are high and rules and regs are ridiculous, but im just daydreaming during break at my factory job right now. Just curious if anyone has experience with it
