Texas | Our Dow reps around her say that the hay deal is a misinterpretation and that you can haul, sell whatever that hay in any state where the specific product has a label. If say Chapparal isn't labeled in a neighboring state then you can't move that hay there.
I'd talk to your local rep before you pass on a product just because of that goofy vague diagram on the label. It's my understand the main reason that is there is incase someone is feeding treated hay in say a cotton or bean field that's been planted to wheat for a cover crop. | |
