Delivered 2 Holsteins to the butcher yesterday. They weighed 840 and 670 lbs on the rail. What should I charge the customers for the hanging weight? They are paying the processing. Thanks

edit: Forgot to add that they have been fed whole shelled corn and pellets since weaned. Makes for good tasting meat.
