Nebraska | When you find what you are looking for on Craigslist or word of mouth and the person wants to sell it how do you come up with your fair price? I've found some items from a retired dairy farmer that would save me money and it's close. Some of these items have motors etc and have been sitting for 2 years.
He thinks they are worth half of new price but I think for the condition and age they are even less.
Some of these are 1,000 new and I would pay $350 for these right now. Does that seem like a low ball offer or about right?
