Texas | It's been 2 seasons since I scouted corn, but then it seemed like the rootworm traits had really screwed up their timeline. Worms were hitting real late in June in some cases. 10 years ago there was an obvious date to beetle spray where I was at. You could time it down to the perfect day airplane cooperating. Around 2010-2011 guys started having to do 2 sprays and in 14 there seemed to be just a gradual flow of them all season. | |
