Not sure about the Cruizer end and/or if it needs some special settings. On the 440 side of things, the 3 pole Conxall connector should mate with the 440 like the wheel sensor cable did. The 440 will need to be set for a radar type signal which is much faster than the wheel sensor puts out.

This will require that the 440 be set to SP2 rather than SP1 which was appropriate for the wheel sensor. The very first 440's did not have this capability. Later and to the present all 440's had the capability. An update was available for some time to add this capability and other features. Unless yours is really old and doesn't have the update board then you are probably fine. A worst case scenario would require using an external box in the signal line that reduces the speed of the output to a level that an old 440 can handle. Check back before you explore that route.

To determine whether your 440 has the capability or not, hold down the Self-Test key. If you see codes flashing by such as US, SP1, C-Sd, etc then your 440 has the capability and you can change the SP1 to SP2. There are different ways to change SP1 to SP2 depending on the age of the 440.
