Good friends' daughter was about 7 when she started sleep walking. Scariest was when they found her out in the shop in the middle of the night....probably 75 yards from the back door of the house, and quite near open hog lots at that time. They ended up setting up (glass) pop bottles across the entry door way so that they'd be sure to hear her if she headed outside again. She's 43 now, and I don't know if she still sleep walks or not.
