| The hardest part is forcing yourself to stick with it, I went on a low carb diet last winter and did sit-ups, crunches, and planks. I lost over 30lbs like I wanted but also regained most of it through summer and fall. Having a terrible time getting back on it this winter. Doesn't help though with my wife bring home girl scout cookies, Valentine candy, and the big bag of Reese's peanut butter cups those are my weakness rite there. | |
