Im around the kitchen a bit being retired, and I am 100% into stainless pots and pans, the less plastic(handles) the better.
Exception is maybe one "non stick" fry pan mostly for eggs, and even then you can use lots of butter or oil and SS will work fine.
There is no such thing as a non stick lining that lasts in pots and pans. Gimmick IMHO.
