The 23000 price is what the dealer was allowing for the tractor, & the owner was advertising for that price maybe? the dealer on the other hand was marking up the tractor to allow for a trade in which they would have nothing much in the trade & maybe make a profit over the 23000 allowing price. Some dealers want minimum $10000 profit on tractors & combines.
