I am not a coffee connoisseur and don't pretend to be one.  I am the only one that drinks coffee.  I use the refillable plastic filter and buy a can of coffee.  Again, probably not great coffee but it is quick and easy and gives me the one or two cups I need in the morning.  I did not think I would like it when the wife got it for me, but, it works perfectly for my needs.

To the OP: I don't know what model I have but, if your situation is similar to mine, I think you will like it.
