I do not cook as my wife works like you with her measuring tools and seldom pulls a recipe out unless it something new she is trying.
Yes sometimes something goes wrong and sometimes those turn into a new recipe.
The only problem with a good cook like you and my wife is since I don't chase pigs around anymore I am trying to learn to 'push away from the table' and the cookie or brownie plate more and sooner. | |
