Subject: Raising and or lowering center and wing planter wheel hubs for better downforce control emergence

We notice newer planters that the transport wheel hubs can be raised or lowered by changing the bolt location
Say you have have tractor saddle tank fertilizer weight causing tractor and planter center tires sinking in
Any info experience on how these changes can affect planter wide average airbag down force better
