Agreed. For tuna in particular it has come down to what the Japanese will pay for sushi. The better bluefin tuna is landed, cleaned, frozen, and taken to JFK airport for flight to Tokyo in a blink of an eye. Some bluefin tunas have sold >$500K in the Tokyo fish market.
