West Middletown | I have been moving planter for the last couple of years using a Donahue Trailer but have always planned making an End Transport Kit.
The main problem is that all 15 row units are on the same tool bar and they are only 15". This leaves very little room between row units. All the kits I have seen are made to go between the row units and this is just not possible.
Anyone ever done this or have any ideas?
I have been considering re-routing the hydraulic marker lines outside the tube and inserting a 6" square tube inside my main tool bar and fabricating from there.
Another idea is to use the arched lift assist somehow since there are tires on the ground on the back side. Then to make a bracket to mount a temporary tires on the tractor side of the planter.
