$14-15/acre for planting, but it all depends on your setup and your costs. Not sure on the other rates.
I've got 5000 acres you can come plant for $14/ac. Can I get a volume discount? Maybe $13?
We don't do any custom work. I own a planter and my brother owns a planter. They are identical. We plant together, and farm similar acres, but sometimes one of us plants more for the other, in that case we charge each other $25 and our dad $25.
The reason we dont do custom work is because there are guys running around doing it for $15/ac. They can have at it for that. The people doing the hiring always shy off as soon as we tell them $25
Edit to add: $25/ac includes GPS row clutches, mapping, and autosteer, prescriptions if desired, 2x2 fertilizer
