I don't think interplanting clover would work well. The rate would be extremely high. When planting corn the shafts are spinning fast because there are only 12 fingers on the corn meters. Last year I did interplant soybeans though. Blocked off every other cell on the 60 cell plates. At a corn population of 27,000 wound up putting out about 23 lbs of soybeans
