What is a good treatment to use on stump cut hedge in pasture using a turbo saw? These are 12"-15" diameter and smaller. Is late summer to late fall the best time? Is now ok, as long as it is done before spring? I have read a 50% mix of glyphosate and water works as well as anything. True or not?
