SWMN | Kind of what I was thinking. Goldchip x Deuce x Dex for a pedigree says show type and heifers bred for show qualities (stature, type, angular) tend to have more feet and leg issues. I treated her for heal wart this morning and got her on a dry bed pack. Getting her off concrete and upping the energy should help her a lot. She was smallest in the pen and none of the heifers looked too be overly fleshy (BSC 3.5-4.5). I think a change of environment can turn her around; if I didn't, I would not have bought her. | |
