Texas/New Mexico Stateline		As Joel said we had a lot of moisture last week. Also the SW US has has a lot of snow and moisture, which I think bodes well for us.

It has that >feel< of a wet spring coming on for us. Wouldn't surprise me if we get a heavy wet snow in March this year.
