True.

So the last time I checked, and it wasn't at the peak of ANY of these storms, there was about 110,000 cfs passing through the Delta. I'm pretty sure that flow is measured after the SWP and CVP pumps, which even combined can only pump 15,000 cfs at max capacity. So, even if they can pump at max, there has still been close to, or over 100,000 cfs flowing by for a long time.

That 200,000 acre feet per day. Lot of water, just going to waste.
