Subject: Northern US spring wheat classifications

How many different classifications of spring wheat do you have down there? I know of Dark Northern Spring bread wheat and Durum. Are there any others such as hard white and lower milling and feed varieties? We're getting a new classification system that is slotting known varieties in to new classes - getting darn confusing.

Also, do you have any varieties of hrs wheat and durum that have superior resistance to fusarium?
