King City, Mo
just remember that popcorn seed goes alot farther then what sweet corn seed does.......

Popcorn is what got us into the produce market. It's a gateway plant that may lead you down a road with lots of work and enjoyment.

I get my yellow popcorn from harris seeds online.

You need seperation between yellow and white popcorn as even 1/2 mile away you can get some cross polination going on and yellow in your white.

I ordered enough white from rupp seeds to plant 5 acres this year and hope it's better then the white I planted this year that was a flop.

I use the combine to pick it and then run it threw a fanning mill in the garage over the winter and bag it up into quarts. We are building a kettle corn machine at the machine shop now so upping production for 2017 planting to sell in 2018. We went with more white as older customers like white as the hulls are less pronounced. There is no true hullless popcorn and that is false advertising.
